Official Series

Friday open – Winter NiS – Talladega

John – P16. This was not a good race for me. Banged the outside wall twice without help. Car was way too loose and I just messed up. Could not control it. Second time gave me wheel damage that was fatal.

Sunday fixed- Winter NiS – Talladega

Mike- P11- grand top five all night let some laps a guy in front of me got loose near the end and I tagged him ended up with five minutes damage and had to bring it home P 11.

Ellis– P Lédenon- qualified eight out of 12. Very competitive race finished P5 very happy with that still one second off the fast guy. I don’t know how they doing it.
- Switched tracks to Okayama international circuit. Qualified 11 out of 12.
- Qualified for finish P3 great run
- Qualified got up to third but the guy in fourth decided to direct me out and got my car destroyed DNF

IMSA

Brad W – P DNF City – two starts and two DNF. I have completed a total of 5 laps in two races.
William W- P
- 2/1 – P12. Started P2, worst rejoin I’ve ever seen by LMP2. See discord.
- 2/2 – P14. Started P2. Was leading when got meatball from GTP trying to pass. Good bit of netcode.
- 2/2- P4. Bad quali, started P19, but had pace and good pit stop.

GT Sprint Simucube Series

William W – P11. 2nd split, 2.6k sof. Guys were fast. Qualified P16 out of 32, found a little pace throughout the race. Slow pit.

GT /IMSA Endurance Series

William W – P6. I made a bad move on lap 4 diving into someones vortex of danger. 3k driver qualified the car and put a 1.5k in to start the race. He was a moving roadblock. My teammate had a really good drive, was able to get us back to P6.

League / Hosted Races

Grass Roots Racing GTP/GT3 League

William W – P6. Screw Barcelona. That is all.

Polar Series – Phoenix

David Hall – P8 Something about Phoenix and this car works better for me. Had good speed and long run. However, the arrow push is real. I would run down cars, and unless they were really struggling with handling, I would slow down and not even be able to get their bumper, they didn’t have to block or anything.

More Updates For Marvin’s Awesome iRacing App

I am not sure if you guys have seen this, but a clever programmer has come up with a cool app that opens iRacing 360hz to more bases and offers some unique setting options. Main one being the ability to scale the “FFB Detail” higher without having to increase the overall FFB Force. He has effectively separated the detail and main force levels via 2 channels (AC/DC).

He’s quickly implementing changes to improve the performance and include community suggestions. The bit I have tested shows good promise. Some other users are also very impressed with the clarity of FFB signal and adjustability.

The main issue I see now (and suffer from myself) is that Simagic bases are not functioning properly with the app. But all other brands I have seen mentioned (usual suspects) are working well. The dev says he will be working to address the Simagic issue when he can visit a friend with one of them.

Also interesting is that David Tucker from iRacing’s programming team has been chatting with the dev and seems to appreciate the direction of the project. Anyway, may still be a ways out from ultimate refinement but it is a simple app to set up and test for yourself.

Official Series

FIA F4 Americas

Mike – P17- qualify at 18th and top split finish 17th with zero incidents at Tsukuba.. I was here for SR.

Ellis– P6 qualified third but ran off into the grass on my own lap. One fell back to eight recovered to finish P6.
- We switched over to circuit de Lebanon. I qualified 11th out of 12 and top split got my way up to finish. P6 had a great battle for six with a guy and it was a little rough and I ended up getting the bump and run on the final corner to take the spot Great racing
- Qualified fifth finish P2 great run, but I didn’t have anything for the leader. He was way faster than me.

A Open

Chris W – P 6. Took a bit to learn the set up. I quit shifting and took off. Late race caution I stayed out on tires 10 laps old. Lead some laps and bright it home P6.

IMSA

Brad W – P6 (GTD-Road America) Probably one of my favorite circuits. Started p9 and was able to gain a few spots in the early laps. As large as this place is, traffic can still be an issue. I could gain on cars ahead until being passed. Had a very good pitstop and jump p6 and was able to hold him off till the finish.

League / Hosted Races

Grass Roots Racing GTP/GT3 League

William W – P2. Road America Week. Qualified P2, fell to P3 on first lap with bad off track. Rode in P3 for a long time, jumped to P2 at the pitstop. With 20 min to go spun the car coming out of the final corner got some aero damage and got passed by p3. P1 got taken out with about 15 to go trying to pass a lapped car. Could have had the win if not for the spin, but will take P2. Probably only race this week.

Polar Series – Legacy Michigan

David Hall – P14 race length 100laps, fuel window 50 laps, = spend whole race racing the fuel tank instead of cars.

Hosted-

Ellis –old IndyCar at Michigan got wrecked out
- GEN five at Talladega finished P2 almost one it
- Supercars at Michigan. Wrecked out.
- Mini stocks at Bristol qualified 45 out of 60 finish
- GEN five at Talladega. Qualified 41st at a 54.
- Sprint car pavement at Rockingham finished P2
- 87 at Talladega P4 great race

How we was racing Late Models, and had heard from the Waltrip brothers about iRacing. So bought a used g27 wheel, and still have it today.

In the beginning it was for me to get used to the parameters of a big vehicle.

Helped him the most is the muscle memory, learning consistency.

Talked about his laptop with the g27, he could race on the road, in the hotel, etc…

So while he was at the snowball this year, he used iracing in the hotel, doing laps talking to the crew chief about the car…

Made friends with TJ, and TJ kinda got him involved in the nascar funnel…

Iracing is about getting a good group around you, a community, you go on there to hang with your buddys, its not always about turning laps…

Iracing is more difficult as you can only ‘see’ the car getting loose/tight, while in real racing you feel it in your seat… U can almost see yourself get loose before you feel it, with the iracing realling training you on the seeing the car….

Listener Feedback: Should SR Be Related To iR?

To whom it may concern, I have been a faithful listener of the podcast for several years and in listening to the many conversations about the frustration of being involved in way to many accidents, I can’t help but think about an idea I had a few years back now to reduce accidents.

I happen to know many really good drivers that may have ony a 2000 to 3000 IR but a 4.5 or higher SR, and quit officials only to participate in either hosted, or league racing. I tend to be one of those. Actually I have always maintained a SR in the mid fours in both oval and road but in all sincerity I think the last 7 or so official races I ran, I was taken out in about 6 of them no fault of my own. I have also found the most unsafe area to qualify is mid-pack. There always seems to be that one guy that goes for the win in the first turn.

In my opinion, the most unrealistic aspect to sim racing, is the high percentage of wrecks. As we all know the one thing sim racing cannot replicate is the fear of bodily injury or worse, and the repercussions of very expensive car repair and damage.

So my idea would be to try and equalize this, by having IR more related to and incorporated with SR. So my thought is why not have drivers receive a higher percentage of IR points based on their SR.

So for example, if you you have a 4.5 or higher SR, a percentage could be attached to the IR accordingly. Say for every .5 or whatever number determined a driver would receive say a 5% bonus to the IR score.

The numbers could be determined however but the premise is a 2.0 safety rated driver would essentially be punished and the 5.0 driver rewarded.

Lets face it. In real life if we wrecked as much as in the sim world, a high percentage of people would either lose their careers or worse, their lives. I”m also of the opinion that some sim racers hold much pride in SR as some do IR.

Well that’s my thoughts. I”d really like for Brad Wrenn’s to hear my thoughts and get his opinion on this. I hear so much frustration in his voice when sharing his race results from sloppy driving and poor etiquette. I sympathize. I don’t suspect this is what occurred in his real life racing experience.

Wednesday open -NiS – Daytona

Mike- P had a good race going was running third when the guy behind me ran into me and knocked me down through the grass and then I lost the pack and then shortly after a lapper was pushing me in was scrubbing, left and right on my bumper and basically turned me seven minutes optional I’ve done
David – P wrecked, dominate car, formed an alliance within the race and we had a 3 car trio pulling away from the pack. Caution bunches back up, and car who doesn’t know how to draft misses the line then comes right back down on me. Then the fuck tard says I need to get my iRating up.
Justin – P
Tony – P16 welp here we are new year, new season same ole NiS fun. Started about 9th. stayed out of the way most of the race. About 150 laps in running P8 and coming in for a GF stop When 2 cars behind me not pitting wreck and somehow hit me giving me a unsafe pit entry so had to serve the 40 second penalty while under green. Couldnt make up the 2 laps down. Racing was actually clean for most part for a 1.8k split. Only 6 cautions and a 30 lap run at the end. This is race 1 of 6 il be running this week. NiS Is back and catch me on Tik Tok Live when im racing its fun.
Kyle – P6 started P25 and just hung out in the back. Was having technical issues with my throttle and had to keep resetting my throttle map every couple of laps. Finally about half way I marched my way to the front and took the lead for 9 laps until a green flag run came out and cycled back a few spots due to a lapper who wanted to block the whole track. Stayed in the top 10 to bring it home P6
Chris – P 4. I kept the Waldron’s Furniture, iRacers Lounge, Sim Wraps, Premier Racing Set-Ups Chevy clean for most of the race as some big incidents thinned out the field. My goal was to stay safe until the final fuel run. Then it was balls to the wall. The draft had me moving both forward and backward, but I managed to charge from 11th to 4th in the final lap. You can see it in my eyes – I’m laser-focused and determined to win the Daytona 500 this week.
Brad- P28. Really had a good race going. The racing was really tame for the first half of the race. It looked like fuel was going to come into play. However, a yellow around lap 115 had us all pit. Coming back to the green in the top 10 when we lost power at the house. Thursday night and we still have no power. Oh well, call this one an engine gremlin.
Donnie – DNF. Ran top 8 the whole race, good pit stops. Finally taken out by the lobby closer. I’ll try again Sunday morning.
Tyler – P lost internet

Thursday Open- NiS – Daytona

Mike- P dnf – green flag stop around halfway running 4th, got into hot to pitroad and slammed into the wall
David – P wrecked out, a pit in mistake getting loose on entry to put me where I was in the wrong mix, but the wreck was just bystnder standard
Tony – P ass rammed welp got my pole on, led first 40 laps til GF stops. About half way was caught a lap down when caution came out when i was pitting. Was trying to stay clean in the lucky dog when i just got total slammed when i was checking up for car in front. Sent to the wall hood a flapping. Too much damage to finish.

Ellis -Daytona. Started ninth was leading laps and upfront in the mix coming to the end. I was pushing a guy on the outside, but I ended up getting wrecked and finishing P6.

A Open

Mike. P22- was all over the place most of the race but at the end I was like five or six back on the bottom lane guy tried to shove it underneath me and turned me into Pitt Road and I ran through Pitt Road to get to the start finish line so it scored me one lap down in P 22. Fixed.
Mike- Open -Man, last night I was in position to win. It was the White. I’m on the bottom three back the outside Lane is coming. I move up to block. I see him going higher like they’re gonna go around me. I don’t continue or finish the block and they go around me and I ended up fourth.

IMSA

Brad W – P5 (GTD-Monza) Finally was able to finish one. Started mid pack but was somewhat consistent and picked them off over the race. Not my best track but glad to get away with a top 5 after two DNFs.

24 hours of Daytona –

Ellis– P3 I got in the car with about six hours left. We were already in P3 at that point and had a very uneventful race in the fog. Stay dry the whole time I ran two double stents took a break and then another double stent.
Chris – P15: I had a great experience all week. It was fun to get practice and to bond with teammates. I got to race in the rain for the first time at 1am est to 4am and absolutely loved it. I wanted to bring the car back with 0x added but had two fender benders. This is my second 24, first finish, and I can’t wait until next year. Proud of the resiliency of this group.
William- P3. GRR team of 4. Did the 7AM EST timeslot. Started P15, was P6 by the time I got in the car for my first stint. Team of 4 did double stints, 1 guy couldn’t race during day, one at night. Pretty clean race overall. Got punted off in the horseshoe early on but no damage and not much spot lost. Started raining in my second stint, rained for a couple hours then dried. Then rained again all night long. We did fine in the rain, and I understand its a part of racing, but kinda disappointed in the amount when i’ve talked to other timeslots that didn’t have any at all. We were P2 at one point chasing the leaders, but had a slight mishap with the inside pit wall about 16 hours in. 6 min repairs, dropped to 6 but recovered to podium P3.
Tyler – P15 in class and P25 overall. Spent a week practicing for this event only for half of it to be wet. Disappointed by the weather forecast but had a great time with the GT3 team. Rain and multi class racing was a major challenge but the best 24 yet. I’m ready for the next one.
Brad – P15 Can’t say enough about the team’s effort this past weekend. The race did not go the way that we planned. Almost half was in the rain (on a 25% forecast). The guys stepped it up and overcame many challenges. Did we make mistakes? Yes, did we learn? Yes and we will be better prepared for the next one.

Donnie S – GT4 Challenge Barcelona – P6 and P17 GT4/LMP3 Barcelona – P7 and 3

Ellis– P qualified P4 finish P2 made a couple mistake mistakes. I probably could’ve won it.
- Qualified second
- New track Winton motor raceway. Qualified third got dumped in the first turn on the first lap fell back to the end and finish P 10.
- X-ray qualified for

IMSA

Brad W – P11 (GTD-Nurburgring) Last car in top split. I like this track but I can’t find speed here. I’m normally 1-1.5 off the fast guys but this weeks it’s closer to 3 seconds. Honestly a p11 was better than what I deserved.
William W- P9 Daytona day after 24 and the only race I did this week besides the 24. Only car under 2.3K in this field. Hard race but rewarding keeping pace with with 2.6k drivers. Higher split helped as I was able to get my race pace down to the low to mid 44s, was only able to get to that in qualifying before.

Donnie S – Daytona and Mugello Results

IMSA

Brad W – P6 (GTD-Daytona) Had a horrible qualifying and figured I was doomed. It was typical Daytona on the first lap. Avoided too many spinning cars and was up in the top 10 coming out of the infield only to be spun coming on to the banking. The eyes turned red and I was driving like a mad man. Played the pit strategy right, took just enough fuel to finish and jumped a bunch of cars. Was happy at the end but know I have a better finish in the car.

GT Sprint Simucube Series

William W – 1/11 P4. Started P7 finish P4. Didn’t feel like I was as fast as some that I finished ahead of, but kept it clean and good pitstop.

GT Endurance Series

William W – P26 Qualified horrible, started P52, getting used to porsche, up to P40 by lap 3 then got dumped in the horseshoe. Mostly incident free after that to finish P26, but could have been better.

Roar Before the 24

William W – P11. Self sabotage. First time driving the AMG in months. No practice. Started middle pack, got black flag on lap 3 for not clearing a slow down. Recovered nicely, but could have been much better without the self inflicted wounds.
Brad W – P5 (GT4) What a fun race! Did not have a great qualifying lap but in race trim the car was great. Ran multiple people down making my way to the front to grab p5 by inches at the line.

Westbrook’s GTP/GT3 League – Daytona Week P3. Could have been P2 but got some damage pushing out of turn 5. Glad to hold onto P3 after that. Was a rather sloppy race than normal as far as driving standards are concerned in this league.

Majors Series

Brad W P17 (GTD-Majors2.4) Started on pole but lost P1 because of iRacing multiclass starting issues. Lap one a safety car was called and half the field did not “hear” it. Lost 4 spots for cars passing under yellow. They were not penalized but that rant is over. Drove back up to p2 before first stop, cand came out and the car was a mess. I spun multiple times, used my fast repair and spun multiple times again. Could not figure out what was wrong until I parked it. Went to the garage and saw I had put on Wet tires. I had a button on my wheel mapped to change compounds and I somehow hit it during the first stint. I threw this one away. Needless to say, that mapping is now moved to the button box.
David P4 – Was comfortably in third, a lapped GTP dove bomb a gt3, the gt3 freaked out and spun into me.

Hosted-

Ellis –supercars at Michigan Chris McGuire hosted finished P4
- At Charlotte legend’s oval legend cars and radical SR8. Started in the back finish P8.
- Supercars in Michigan wrecked out
- All in the car at Pocono started at 12 finish P4
- Lotus 49 and star Mazda at Pocono Road course start at P 12 finished p seven
- BMW M2 at lime rock started P3 finish. P2 had a good battle getting around second to take that V2 nice clean pass.
- Then Pole position – let every lap no one challenge me, pulled away to almost 7 second gap to win the race career win number 105
- Then fifth finished second
- Then started fifth and won the race winner winner chicken dinner number 106
Westbrook – Sim Racing for the Kids. This was technically before last week’s show, but I’d like to talk about it if we have time. Great time for a great cause. Both of our teams had a fantastic time. We placed P12 after a bit of a slip in qualifying. Super clean race for our end. Sister team P2

Donnie S– Q8, P9 (IMSA Sports Car Endurance Challenge) I have no memory…lol
- GT4 Fixed – Daytona Q16, P25. DQ w/in 5 laps. The absolute worst iRacing experience in my 4.5 Years.
- Falken Tire SC Championship – Q9, P8. Much better race, solid points.
Brad W – P18 (IMSA Sports Car Endurance Challenge) I just can’t find pace at Watkins Glen. Does not matter what car I drive. I finished where I deserved. Very frustrating 2 hours.

FIA F4

Ellis – P wrecked out. Was running 10th and got totally destroyed. An intentional wreck from behind going into turn one from about nine Karl links back. They just never break and just run into the back of me. Lime rock.

B Open

John – P7. Started in P6. This one went green until two laps to go, when two lappers crashed the leaders. On the restart the leader lost it in turn one and cremated half the field. My car was trashed, but apparently many others were even worse. Managed to pass two cars on the last lap with my junker and almost cracked the top five.

IMSA

Ellis – at Sebring in the Cadillac- p7 avoided some carnage and was a little bit involved, but didn’t hurt the car soldier dad home to finish P7 after blowing a right front right before I pit it for fuel.
Brad W – P2 (GTD-Sebring) Started p5 and the car had great pace. Gained a spot or two from spinners early and through pit stop. One of the best races I have had at Sebring.

Mike – P 16 no cautions I got pretty much what I deserved

Brad W – P 11 The car was tight but I managed it much better in the first half of the race. After pitting I used the tires up too quickly. Fell back and rather disappointed with the finish.

Donnie S – GT4 Fixed, P13 and P21

GT4/LMP’s – P12 and P5

Brad W – P10 (GT4-Watkins Glen) Decided to get some practice laps in for this weekend’s Sports Car Endurance Challenge race with a 30 minute race. I finished about where I should have. I never have great pace at this track. Kept it clean even though there were some sketchy moves early in the race for passes.

FIA F4

Ellis– P12- spin off on my own had to pit then finished it off. Watkins glen.
- Brazil started way back and made myself miss all the racks and ended up finishing P6 and top split. There were three Coke drivers in there.
- Started at ninth worked my way up to six but then shut off not once but twice on my own to finish P 16

IMSA

Hall – P3x1, P1, in an epic last 2 lap battle
Brad W – P8 (GTD-Motegi) Started near the rear as this was top split. Managed to avoid some spinners early and settled into a decent finish but top split is nice because I earned more points finishing p8 vs p4.
- P5 (GTD-Sebring) Started p4 but gave up spots for safety at the beginning. Really struggling here with the Mustang. It does not handle the bumps especially through Sunset Bend. Was probably going to finish p7 but p5 and p6 took each other out. A very good points day.

League / Hosted Races

Hosted-

Ellis – Indy car at Indianapolis started at 33rd finished fourth great race!
- 87 at Talladega came from the back to the front that got wrecked out near the end
- Jen for Michigan got wrecked out wasn’t very fun actually
- Holiday event was dirt trucks at wild West motorsports Park cautions returned on which turned into a debacle and we didn’t end up finishing the event
- 87 at old Daytona started at 33rd and won the race winner winner chicken dinner
- Del Laura Dash at Daytona wrecked out
- Old Indy car at Pocono wrecked out
- 87 at Talladega got wrecked out

Polar Series – Homestead

Mike – P14 – set was really hard to drive
Justin – P7
Donnie Spiker – P16
David Hall – P taken out by a guy who has a history of taking me out, ran him down clean, passed clean, he gets back cause I let another faster car go, and stays beside me and washes up to take me out.

GT4/Sports Car Challenge/IMSA MPC/IMSA Sportscar Endurance Challenge

Donnie S– End of Week 1, ran the IMSA Endurance Challenge with Brad. Recovered to P15, taken out on lap1, incidentally, by an LMP3 torpedo.
- Week 2, ran two GT4 Fixed. Race 1, Q12, P8 on a damp track with drys.
- Race 2, Q9, P12 on a wet track, wet tires. Falken Sports Car Challenge, DNQ (spun), P9 with a 9X. 8X from getting ass jacked by LMP’s.
Brad W – P13 (GT4-VIR SPEC) Made an error on lap two and spun the car coming out of Roller Coaster and collected the poor guy behind me. Sat and repaired for 7 minutes and then just stayed at it and gained spots as other people dropped out. Ran the BMW GT4 and the car is a mess.

A Open

Chris W – P
John K – Kentucky. P5. This one went green flag all the way. Started P8. One pit stop on lap 55. Was hoping for a late caution to make an adjustment, but did not get it. Top 5 is always fine for me.
- John K – Atlanta. P9. Started P12. Struggled for the first 65 laps. Got a caution and was able to make adjustments on the springs that worked great and picked up some spots at the end.

C Open

John K – P5. Started on the pole and never got lower than P5. Three caution race with a G/W/C. All cautions were from guys trying to run three wide. Everyone always says you can run three wide at this track, but it always results in the yellow hanky. So, I guess you can run three wide until you can’t.

IMSA

Hall – struggling and motegi and had to start running in the back to recover SR

Brad W – P4 (GTD-Watkins) Third start of the week and this was dry. Not sure why the forecast changed mid-week. Was happy with the finish and gained more points in p4 than I did the previous race in p3.
- P10 (GTD-Watkins) Fourth start of the week and I managed to spin coming through the bus stop from grabbing too much curb on the second set. Other than that, it was very uneventful.
- P4 (GTD-Motegi) Started p2 but yielded on start to p3. Not a huge fan of this track but can’t love them all. Lap two p4 dove too late into the corner and spun me out. Went all the way to p15 and then became a mad man driving back up through the field. Way too easy to get offs at this track so SR took a beating.

ARCA

John. K – P19. I knew better than to run this, but I got sucked in because I like the new Atlanta. Got caught up in a wreck on lap 2. Got black flagged pitting somehow. I was not speeding so I’m not really sure why I got it.

NASCAR Winter iRacing Series

Friday open – Winter NiS – Charlotte

Mike- P DNF didn’t load the correct set so I had to pit for fuel on lap two but was able to get a lucky dog and get my track position back started off pretty quick worked my way up to around seventh then got dumped from a guy from behind in the middle of the corner 2 1/2 minutes damage. After that, it kind of went downhill and I ended up spitting out on my own and rage quitting.
Justin – P got spun into Pitt Road and DNF

Wednesday open – Winter NiS – Indy

Mike- P wrecked out with five to go. I just hit it for a little bit of fuel splashing go with no tires, but couldn’t get the car to turn and killed the wall and blew the engine. Before that on lap eight got dumped down into the pit road with a 42nd hole with a lap down was able to recover clear up to leading the race before I wrecked running 17.

GT4/SPorts Car Challenge

Donnie S – GT4 – Race 1, Q2 with a P4. Race 2 Q7 with a P2
- Sportscar Challenge – Race 1 Q2 with a P2. Race 2 Q5 with a P6. 100% Rain.

A productive week 1. A couple podiums and top 3 in points in both series.

FIA F4

Ellis– P7- 1st race of the new season at Laguna Seca started 13th and made my way up to finish seventh
- P 11 got wrecked on somebody going side-by-side with me up the hill on lap one had to get repairs was dead last 24th ended up driving back up to finish P 11

IMSA

Hall – Three consecutive p2’s
Brad W – P3 after starting p3. Gave up a few spots on opening laps in the rain. Was surprised that so many guys started on dry tires. They pitted within a few laps. Kept it clean and finished with 0 x’s.

League / Hosted Races

Majors Series 12h Blackout-

Tom, Greg, David – P7 – Super happy with this result considering we were the slowest qualifier in the GTP field. Once the rain came we not only were better at staying on the track, our speed equalized with a lot of the field. We got meatballs twice due to unavoidable situations. One of them we only lost one lap as the incident also brought out the caution. I really liked this format where A car needing to be towed is the catalyst for full course cautions. It was balanced and organic rather than random like we’ve done in the past.

Hosted-

Ellis – ran pick up cop at Charlotte got wrecked out
- Ferrari got Nurburgring in the rain started fourth finished P5. Actually didn’t finish. I wrecked out somewhere on lap two but was the last car left on the track out of 21
- FF 1600 @Limerock kept spinning off turn one finished almost dead last
- Car of tomorrow at Talladega finish P3
- BMW at Alton Park circuit. Some kind of Internet issue and I must’ve blinked out on the start because the guy behind me drove through me like ghosted through me and I got wrecked off and not but 10 seconds later I got disconnected from the server due to throughput.

Mike – P14. Got what I deserve basically didn’t go off track really much
Greg – P2
Brad W – P7 Finished about where I should have. After not getting a finish during NiS this was a nice finish.

FridayFixed – Winter NiS – Martinsville

Mike- P6- ended up getting a passing under yellow because I was being a dumb ass and it was a 26 second hold penalty so I lost two laughs was able to get lucky dogs and get them back then Justin had a computer problem and I got a penalty for passing to the left before the start finish because he ended up in the wall right in front of me I got another lucky dog to get back from that and then later I get another passing to the left on a restart from a dumbass move I made because somebody was slow in front of me and got another lucky dog after that so worked my way up from dead last to finish P6 by staying out the last 70 laps or so
Justin – P DNF

Wednesday open – Winter NiS – Charlotte

Mike- P DNF. Spun out on my own and turn one three or four times eventually wrecked it where I couldn’t continue near the end DNF.

FIA F4

Ellis – P 13 at Virginia third attempt qualified 16th got dumped from being side-by-side with somebody and he knocked me off the track on the first lap fell way back and made my way up to finish P 13

League / Hosted Races

Hosted-

Ellis -ran the new BMW at Oulton Park wrecked out on the first lap, but finish the race fun little car
- Toyota‘s GR 86 @live rock in the rain qualified P2. Wrexked out
- Then ran several other races at the BMW at Oulton Park. Never finished.
- On Tuesday, I’ve started fifth finish second
- Next race got the pole position, pulled away for a 16 second lead and took the win !! Winner winner chicken dinner first win in this car!

Polar Series – Chicagoland Speedway

Mike – P19. Caution free. I got what I deserved, not a fun race car that was super tight. It was just enough laps to make a one stop strategy for most cars.
Justin – P6, disappointed i should have had a p2
Brad W – P21 Really struggled to keep the tires under me. Blew a RF three laps before halfway. Spent the rest of the race trying to save fuel. Ran out on backstretch after taking the white flag.
Chris – P 14 – Went with the 1 Pit Stop stragity. Gained 7 spots from where I started. I enjoy Chicagoland in the A car. Not a bad night.
Donnie Spiker – P20

RFK Holiday Showdown

Brad W – P15 Started p30 and had to survive the first two stages. Because of no yellows, there was a spin early on that broke the field up and I lost a lot of time. Second stage started and I was able to make my way up to p20 till getting fenced on the front stretch battling 3 and 4 wide. Caught a yellow before the last stage and was able to get the damage fixed. Drove up into the top 20 and with a late race restart, avoided the carnage and grabbed a p15. Was sitting really good on GWC with cars ahead staying out on old tires but had to avoid a mess coming off T2 on restart and dropped spots to avoid an accident. Finished better than I did last year.
