Hey. For anyone that may be interested. This video explains if you use a small software tool to unpark cores, it won’t allow Windows to turn them back on and permanently leave them off is my understanding.

NASCAR iRacing Series

Friday Open – NiS – Martinsville
- Mike- P13-running basically 5th to 10th but kept getting incidents and I was at 16 X and got a drive-through penalty near the end
- tony -P wrecked out… bleep these bleeping dumbass bleeping bleeps that cant drive this bleeping bleep track you bleeping bleep holes go bleepy bleeping bleep yourselves.
- Brad- P4 after starting p3. Really felt like I let a second win slip away. Ran up front the entire race. Too many yellows as usual but that is the pattern. In the late stages of the race I was bouncing back from p2 and p3. I was getting very aggressive on the restarts from p2 because of the outside disadvantage. I got too aggressive on one and spun the tires and caused a huge wreck on the front stretch. Teammate Mike Ellis was collected as well. Wanted the win so badly that I screwed up.
Saturday Fixed- NiS – Martinsville
- Tom D – P4 – Pretty much my basic Martinsville. Started 21st, a very bad qualifying. Worked my way back and forth to the front. Tried to stay my way out of danger. I’ll take a top 5
Sunday Open- NiS – Martinsville
- David – P software crashed, i logged back in, 4 laps down, but after two quick cautions caused 8x by people running the very back of the field and just not knowing how to fucking drive a car, I just left. Nothing short of trashing the “fast track” system or putting real consequences behind repeated dirty driving will fix this. As it stands now a rookie never has to touch a short track before fast tracking up.
Wednesday Open -NiS – Darlington
- Mike- Pdnf- I was the first caution I got loose off of turn two went down to the inside, kept it off the wall spot it out and to a complete stop just off the racing grid and had it lockdown and stopped for a full more than a second six cars go by me, but the seventh car does it and decides to T-bone me. He couldn’t see me apparently while the other six cars did about 10 minutes damage.
- David – P 3, fighting for 2nd at end. Might have had something for the leader but a car took us three wide into turn 1 when i properly setup the pass. Of course this guys lack of race craft was reflected in a poor finish afterwards.
- Justin – P gearshift came unplugged DNF
- Chris – P wrecked out
- Brad- P14 Really frustrated with this result. The race was not as clean as the A Opens had been (not surprised). I kept the car in the top 10 most of the race and kept it clean. We had a restart with about 30 to go and the wrecking started off of T2. The yellow did not come out until everyone ahead of me wadded it up in T3. I was on the high side and could not get slowed enough to avoid. Should have pitted for repairs but was too scared to see how much damage I really had. Limped it home in 14th but the result should have been better. Great long run setup from Premier Racing Setups but never got the chance to let it shine. (11 cautions at this track is stupid!)
Thursday Open- NiS – Darlington
- Mike- P22 – got wrecked once for eight minutes damage continued on but was pretty slow kinda lucky dog at one point finished P 22
- Bobby – P wrecked out
Official Series
Super Formula Lights
- William P3- Tried this out since GRR might be doing a fun league featuring these cars. In fairness I haven’t done formula since the license split and my rating is about 1250 lower than my road. Seems like ¾ of the grid went off track in the first lap. Cars are pretty fun, but might prefer F4.
A Open
- Brad W – P6 The weather was much hotter fr the A Open race. I went with a setup that ended up being too free and I struggled. Made the changes and it was better. Only one yellow and that was at lap 80. It Felt so good to have green flag stops at Martinsville.
GT Sprint Simucube Series
- Brad – P12 (Watkins Glen) Does not matter what car or series, I just struggle at this track. Fast sweeping corners is just somewhere I seem to struggle. This series is so challenging and can be rewarding but this was not one of those races. I had ok speed but just not enough to make much progress forward.
League / Hosted Races
Grass Roots Racing
GTP/GT3 League
- William W – Week 13 Fun Run / Off Week Monza combined. It went about as well as you thought it would. Week 1 of league season 4 starts next week. Daytona!
Hosted-
- Ellis – indyCar at Pocono finish P9
- Supercars at Michigan, P 19
- BMW M2 @Summit point hosted started 14th finish P5
- BMW lime rock official qualified seventh out of 11. Finished P4.
